Here is the Minnie Mouse cake. This was done with another Wilton character pan (Thanks P!). Let me just say that black is a very difficult color to make with icing! But thankfully it turned out well (and black!) in the end. I really took my time on this cake and in the end it was totally worth it. I was proud to send both of these cakes off to the baby shower - I hope they made the mother-to-be's day a special occasion to remember! Strawberry cake with buttercream frosting.
